Thanks, Ramesh. I purchased the ebook yesterday and have read about forty pages so far.

Spending the past two years focusing on community resilience, one lesson that stands out for me is communities are better able to navigate disruption when decision making, resources and capacity are rooted closer to the people and place they serve. I don't mean so much isolation, but I believes it suggests the importance of balancing local self reliance with broader cooperation.

I am looking forward to reading the rest of the book.
